Mr. Andy is a little Chihuahua/Dachshund boy, also known as a "Chiweenie." He is shy upon first meeting strangers, but once you welcome him into your lap, he warms up quickly. He appears to have been a house dog prior to finding himself stray, he is crate and house trained. He would excel with a retired person/couple looking for a canine companion to travel with, keep them company, etc. He is good with other dogs and cats, but doesn't need their companionship, he's looking for a person to bond with so his personality can shine through!
