Meet Manny or perhaps his name should be changed to Air Jordan, as this guy can jump!This little guy is a wonderful bundle of joy and is always excited to greet you, walk with you, and when it's time to eat.

His foster mom brags on what a wonderful dog he is.  He gets along great with all his foster family’s dogs, and is learning to not chase the kitties. Manny is very obedient and quickly heeds the necessary no’s from his foster mom.  He is house trained and will go to the door when he needs to potty or when he wants to go out to play.    Because Manny likes to chase the squirrels and enjoys walking, he must be on a leash at all times, especially if you do not have a fenced in yard.  Fortunately for him, his foster home has a fenced in back yard, to run and play to his heart’s content and remain safe, but he also gets walked with his foster brothers and sisters 3 times a day and really enjoys it.

Besides walking and playing, Manny also enjoys sitting with you whether it is on your lap or at your feet.  He is very content to just be in your presence. He would also love to cuddle up in bed with you at night, but for now he is sleeping very well in his crate.

On the down side, Manny is not comfortable around children.   Not really knowing his past, it is unknown what he has experienced, but we are working on it.  We imagine he would do well with older children who are not overly excited and approach Manny with a calm, confident attitude.
