Jolly boy Franklin wonders why he is still waiting for his forever home! This fun family loving boy loves playtime with kids, and then melts on your lap for belly rubs and movie night! He is great with other dogs, even loves the tiny puppies in his foster home. He is tolerating the kitties to, and learning they don't like to be chased. He is crate trained and almost completely house trained.
