Sweet Miss April was found stray and injured, we're thankful we could step in to help her and watch her come out of her shy, nervous shell. Within just a couple weeks, she is bonding and loving all the attention and treats from her caregivers and foster family. She absolutely loves children, not at all scared of their affection and noise, she simply wants to be hugged and loved on. April is learning to be a house dog, crate training and house training going well, her confidence on leash is improving daily as well. We can't wait to see who will be blessed by this sweet girl as their forever four legged family member! She is now in great health, and the loss of her right eye does not cause her any long term issues, this was likely a defect she was born with, which then caused problems without care while stray.
