Chip is a happy happy little boy!  Always looking for someone to love or play with....he can be very persuasive with both people and dogs.

Weighing in under 6 lbs he can hardly get into much trouble - unless of course you have a picket fence that he can walk right through.  So you have to really watch him when you're outside.

He loves to play with other dogs - rough and tumble games, tug of war, chasing games - anything at all.  He is very cute in his foster home - hanging out and mimicing each of his foster brothers and sisters - trying to be "cool" like they are.  With this modeling he has learned the value of chasing squirrels, eating grass, chewing on mulch, and especially the joy of just basking in the sun.

He is also the center of attention when human company comes over.  Loves to be held by all and gives lots and lots of kisses!  He is good with young children - but special care would need to be given to make sure he wasn't hurt or dropped since he is so little.

When playtime is over though - his favorite thing is burrowing in a nice fluffy blanket or pillow curled up by his foster mom.  He is a perfect little nap buddy!

Chip would be a perfect dog for just about everyone - but would excel with an active family that is home often and has lots of time to spend with him and take him places.  Because he is still so young (around 1 yr) he still has some puppy issues such as chewing and mouthing - and still struggles with housebreaking if not watched like a hawk.
