Elsie believes that she is a princess so please don't mention to her that she is a dog - she will be crestfallen (couldn't help the pun :)  )

She is a very sweet young girl that just loves attention and food.  She came from a home of neglect where I imagine that she got little of either so she is in 7th heaven in her foster home where there is lots of love and plenty of food.

 She gets along well with all the other dogs in her foster home and curls up for naps with her buddy a teacup chihuahua.  She is still young so we are still working on housebreaking and chewing issues but she is learning very fast.

Elsie would do best in a home where she could get plenty of attention.  I think she could grow into a wonderful therapy dog.  She also loves running and climbing so would also enjoy the sport of dog agility.  But at the end of the day she just loves to be a lap dog and curl up with you with a good book and snuggle.
