Domestic Medium Hair : : Female (spayed) : : Young : : Medium
Minnie was found as a stray in late April after she had just given birth to 5 babies. She was very thin but was doing everything she could to care for her babies. Her babies have all grown up and gone to their forever homes, but Minnie is still searching for a home of her own. She was nicknamed Minnie for the black, Mickey Mouse shaped spot on her side. Minnie is very sweet and loves to sit and watch the birds outside and loves to watch the fish tank in her foster home. She has a super loud purr and melts in your lap when you pet her. She is the perfect age – grown out of the wild and crazy kitten stage, but still very playful with a long life ahead of her. After a little period of adjustment, she became great friends with the adult cats and kittens in her foster home. She is also very tolerant of dogs as long as they are not too aggressive and rough with her. Minnie is also very gentle with young children, even when they love and squeeze on her. Minnie is staying at our kitty condo at Animal Medical Center Charleston. Feel free to stop by to visit her during normal business hours. An approved application must be complete prior to adoption.
