Meet Montana the newest member of our pack here at Genesis.  As you can tell by the picture, he had run in to a little trouble before finding his way to us.  Lucky for him someone brought him in to us so that we could try to help him.  We're not sure what happened to him (likely attacked by a large, powerful dog) causing extensive injuries to his face, jaw, and teeth.  But after two reconstructive surgeries - he is on the road to recovery! 

He is sure happy to be out of the vet hospital and is settling in at his new foster home.  He love everyone he meets - 2 legged and 4 legged.  He runs and plays and chews just like every puppy his age - he is not holding any ill will towards life for his traumatic event.

Check back often for updates.  As we get to know him a little more we will provide more information on him and what he would think would be great in a forever home.  He will have to wait a couple of weeks though before he is ready to go - need to get the all clear from his Dr team!
