Kopper aka one of the six "K-club" dogs. Six of 70+ dogs were rescued by our organization out of a hoarder situation in early January 2014. All beautiful, friendly, and loving dogs so deserving of knowing the good life in a forever home! Their full story can be read on our homepage www.genesisanimalrescue.org
Meet Kopper: our sweet, sensitive little man. As part of the K-Club, Kopper is ready to make a fresh start in a new home. Kopper is happy and healthy now, and loving his spoiled new life in his foster home, but what he would really like is a home of his very own - a forever home that’s warm and loving. He is adjusting well to home life, although is going through some anxiety while left alone while his foster family is away at work during the day. Slowly but surely he is learning to remain calm and wait patiently in his crate until they return. It would be wonderful for him to find a forever family where someone is home often or he could go with you frequentely. Kopper is house trained but cannot be left loose in the house while no one is home, he is very anxious if not confined to a crate when he is alone. Once you are home to enjoy his company, he’s a couch hog and snuggle bug, and good with cats as well. He does not prefer to share his humans with other dogs in the home.
