Sweet boy Cooper is awaiting his forever loving home. Rescued from life on a chain, with little human interaction, Cooper holds no grudges and continues to love all kind human and canine alike. Still a playful pup with that wonderful hound temperment and personality. He is crate trained and house trained, absoultely loves other dogs, cats, and kids!!
